Busy streets, busy lives and all we could focus on was SCHOON. Very familiar place when visiting Stellenbosch often, but what most people don't know is that they opened a new shop in Somerset West.

First time we went there, we couldn't care less if we freaked out about how cute it was. The smell of bread triggered our senses and we had the urge to try everything on their menu. Our absolute favorite was their french toast - make sure you give it a try when you visit! 

We would pop in weekly to collect some cheese covered breadsticks - but we would end up leaving with 10 breadsticks, 4 Portugese custard tarts , big smiles, and two hearts full of excitement!

When you decide you'd rather sit down, some of the most friendly and hard working personnel will serve you. You will feel at home and not because of sitting next to their fireplace or because of drinking their delicious coffee.

SCHOON will most definitely leave you wanting more...

We must say, SCHOON is one of our most favorite places to eat in the Cape.
